Get more fun out of your first or next - RC basher by building it yourself from the 1/10 scale ARRMA GORGON 2WD RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) Kit! Just follow the step-by-step instructions to assemble the factory-built modules, mounted tires, and body into an eye-popping RC monster truck that's super-tough, loaded with attitude, and ready to start bashing in about an hour or less. The ARRMA GORGON is also easily affordable and incredibly fun to drive. Recharging the included Spektrum Smart 7-cell NiMH battery is a snap. Just connect it to the included Spektrum S120 USB-C Smart Charger. Innovative Smart technology takes care of the rest - it's simple and safe. Whenever you're ready for next-level performance, you can upgrade the ARRMA GORGON with LiPo batteries and brushless motors. But no options or upgrades are needed for this RC monster truck to make you the center of attention from the start.

Two versions of the GORGON RTA are now available, allowing you to choose between a factory finished or clear body. The factory-finished version comes already painted in gunmetal color with preapplied decals and color-coordinated shock springs, battery tray, skid plates, and front and rear bumpers. Select the version with a clear body and you can paint and trim your GORGON however you like for a customized finish. Decals, window masks, and easy-to-follow painting instructions are provided.

Go ahead and send it over punishing tracks. Proven ARRMA engineering gives the composite chassis bash-it-all durability. The independent suspension, oil-filled shocks, and adjustable ride height combine to provide a smooth ride over rough terrain. For unstoppable traction, the ARRMA GORGON monster truck's 2WD transmission moves power from the MEGA 550 motor to massive rubber dBoots Chevron tires on tough nylon wheels. Its metal gears are tough enough to take on brushless power, too. A new, mesh safe plate is installed for additional gear protection and durability.

If you're new to RC, the Spektrum SLT2 2-channel radio helps you safely learn control skills by limiting maximum speed to 50% or 75% until you're ready to unleash it all. Blast through wet conditions without worry - the Spektrum 2-in-1 40A ESC/receiver unit and high-torque Spektrum S660 steering servo are both waterproof (see the ARRMA GORGON instruction manual for details). A cable tidy is now also included to keep wires organized and secure.

With a little experience, you can continue building your ARRMA GORGON into an even mightier RC bashing beast. Take advantage of its 2S LiPo-compatible Spektrum electronics to feed the monster with LiPo power. Go brushless with the Spektrum SLT 45 Amp Brushless ESC/Receiver (SPMXSE4510RX) and Spektrum Firma 3660 4000Kv Sensorless Brushless Motor (SPMXSM5000).
